Identified - (mt) Media Temple Engineers are still working closely with Microsoft to ensure that the (gs) Grid-Service mail servers are delisted as expeditiously as possible. While some nodes have been released and are fully functional, there is a portion of the service that remains on their Blocklist we are focused on removing.

Investigating - (mt) Engineers are currently working on an issue affecting multiple mail nodes on our Grid hosting service. Affected customers may experience difficulty sending email to Microsoft hosted addresses including Hotmail and Outlook.

This interruption is affecting multiple mail nodes on our Grid hosting service. If you are receiving bounce back messages when sending emails to Microsoft email addresses, please open a support request with the full email headers so that we can investigate further.

In the meantime, if you continue to experience an interruption of service, you can use your Internet Service Provider as your outgoing mail server. Most ISPs will list these servers on their website, organized by region. You can also contact your ISP directly for this information.
