On Thursday May 5th, 2016 starting at 9:00PM and ending at approximately 10:00PM (mt) Engineers will be performing scheduled maintenance to our network hardware at (mt) Media Temple HQ.

How does this affect you?

This maintenance is important to ensuring that we are always available to service you and is required. This will affect our ability to respond to your support requests, phone calls, and chats for the duration of the maintenance which should only be lasting up to an hour.

However, rest assured, the AccountCenter and your services are not interrupted, and will be fully accessible to you. This is due to the fact that your services reside off-site in our secured and vigilantly-monitored datacenters. Identified - On Friday, April 29th, (mt) Media Temple Customer Service will hold our quarterly all-hands meeting. We take customer support very seriously, so we’re always looking for ways to improve. This meeting is important, so we’re inviting the entire CS department. As such, we’ll need to turn off our live support channels, starting at about 2:30PM PDT until 4:00PM PDT.
