This maintenance will occur between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM PT, Thursday, November 15, 2018.

What is changing?

This maintenance will replace faulty hardware on the affected Host Server.

Why is this maintenance happening?

This maintenance is happening because failure of the equipment could cause prolonged downtime. This is being done as preventative maintenance.

Who is affected?

This maintenance will affect all (mt) Media Temple Security customers, including the Security Pack and CDN & WAF products.

When will this maintenance happen?

This maintenance will occur between 4:00 and 6:00 AM PST, Saturday, November 3rd, 2018.

What is changing?

We will be performing a hardware upgrade on the (mt) MediaTemple Security dashboard.

Will there be downtime?

There is no expected downtime to the websites themselves, however the (mt) Security panel itself and its actions will be unavailable during this maintenance period.
