Monitoring - (mt) Engineers have identified the source of the issue and have moved traffic from affected peers to other, less affected routes. Our testing indicates that this change has improved load times drastically. We will continue to monitor this situation and make further changes as necessary.

Investigating - As more people throughout the country and world are transitioning to a work from home or stay at home model, additional traffic and stress are placed upon the infrastructure that makes up the internet due to business and personal use.

Depending on the location of the user and service, this additional traffic can result in connection latency resulting in slow or laggy response times and even disruption of service when connecting to Media Temple products or systems.

Based on the data we continue to collect our engineers are working on resolving any performance issue affecting our customers.
