On Tuesday, October 29th, 2019, (mt) Media Temple Customer Service will hold our quarterly all-hands meeting. We take customer support very seriously, so we’re always looking for ways to improve. This is just one more opportunity for us to reflect and set ourselves up for success moving forward.
How does this affect you?
This meeting is important, so we’re inviting the entire CS department. As such, we’ll need to turn off our live support channels, starting at about 2:00PM PST until 3:30PM PST. During that time, you may still submit a support request via the Account Center, but chat, phone, and Twitter support will be temporarily unavailable. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
