We will be performing a scheduled system maintenance on Thursday, October 3rd, 2019 for a single mail node on the Grid hosting service. Here are the important details:

Who is affected?

This maintenance will affect customers on the following Grid mail nodes:


If you are unsure of where your service resides on our servers, you can always check your 'Server Guide' in the AccountCenter to find your mail node. Once logged in, click on the “Admin” button located to the right of your primary domain. When this page loads, the first icon will be labeled 'Server Guide'. Your mail node can be found in the ‘Email Setup’ section.

When will this maintenance happen?

This maintenance will occur between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM PT, Thursday, October 3rd, 2019.

What is changing?

We will be updating Exim and software on the affected Grid Mail node.

Why is this maintenance happening?

This maintenance is happening in order to improve security and stability on all of our Grid Mail nodes.
